Commiserations, Bruce. I just read an article on the web that maintained that “Vista … isn’t that bad”. Microsoft, and some Microsoft followers, just can’t bring themselves to admit the truth. Many still maintain that it is all a problem with “perception”, and that Vista’s bad reputation is undeserved. Still, keep your chin up, because if things keep going the way they are, we won’t have to deal with software from Microsoft for too much longer

…the Linux OS I should add, using FF on Linux, just so that the anally retentive don’t try and snip and quip about my faux pas. Linux/XP dual-boot is what I run on my boxes and notebooks.

I have not installed Vista, I will not install Vista and never will. Just so that I don’t have to be patronized when I may gripe about it on my own site. With that said, I’ll design for IE8 when there is a stable release, which will probably be about the time they’re pulling the cord to my life support system out of the wall and the catheter from me. I’ll stick with XP for testing and Linux for everyday browsing.
