Happy tenth birthday to my multiple sclerosis

It was ten years ago today that Dr Naraporn Prayoonwiwat of the Bangkok Nursing Home diagnosed me as having Multiple Sclerosis.

I’m very very glad to say that little has changed since I gave my spinal lesions their fifth birthday wishes.

I trust this anniversary is a milestone and NOT a millstone!

Anyway, I extend to you my best wishes and prayers for another decade of life to the fullest!
