		<description>well well, http://change.gov/ has now changed to ... a big imagemap with inadequate alt attribute and no alt on the two regions. but hey, we&#039;ll let them off, as they probably had their hands full with relaunching http://www.whitehouse.gov/ (which also has issues...)</description>

		<description>Looks like I was a bit previous; it&#039;s also being streamed with Flash etc so it&#039;s not *just* Silverlight.

I guess they had to pick something and went for reduced bandwidth costs (the streaming auto-negotiation stuff), as opposed to the one with the biggest reach.</description>
